We want you to be fully satisfied with your Secretlab experience, which is why we offer a 49-day return period for all accessories and furniture in their original condition. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and items must be disassembled for transport.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Submit a return request through our Support Form within 49 days of receiving your order to obtain a Return Authorization.

• 2.
  Disassemble and Pack

  Carefully disassemble your product and pack it back into its original packaging to ensure it is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping labels and drop the package off at your nearest authorized courier point or schedule a collection.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our regional EU warehouse receives and inspects the item for damages, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.
