How does the 5-year Extended Warranty work?
All Secretlab chairs come with a 3-year manufacturer's warranty, which can be extended to 5 years through our Warranty Extension Program by sharing a picture of your setup on social media.
What is your return policy for EU customers?
We offer a 49-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item in its original packaging. Please note that return shipping fees are covered by the customer.
Are your chairs suitable for different body types?
